Well today was the first time (probably of many) that we celebrated both of your lives together. With a heat warning of temperature in excess of 100 degrees we prepared for the day loaded up with popsicles, ice, and a sprinkler. As soon as the guests arrived it began to storm! Well, God is good and the sun shown again but it wasn't as hot due to the rain! Grandma and grandpa were visiting from Nebraska and we had plenty of other family and friends as well! WE all love you both so much!
Maelyn, I hope you don't fret that you didn't have your own huge first birthday party.
